Allobone骨髓移植诱发小鼠急性GVHD

Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is caused by T-lymphocytes in allografts after transplantation. It is stimulated by a series of "cytokine storms" initiated by recipients, which greatly enhance their immune response to recipient antigens. GVHD induces cell-mediated cytotoxicity, with skin, liver and intestine being the main targets. The incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease is 30% to 45%, and the incidence of chronic diseases is lower than that of acute ones.

Aim: To examine the effect of FTY720 and CsA on graftversushost disease (GVHD) in mice.

Animal: Balb/c mice (H2d) and C57BL/6 mice (H2b), male, 68 weeks.

Reagent: Sodium pentobarbital
