Pharmalegacy has developed HTRF technology for antibody screening, which is high-throughput, fast, easy to perform and conserves costly antigen Nanobody high-throughput screening platform screening druggable nanobodies form immunized Alpaca can yield 100+ unique positive clones with epitope binning information in shorter time than traditional phage method. High-throughput and automated equipment are involved in this platform. We also developed a new epitope binning method which can handle hundreds of antibodies in a very short time.

Ø  VHH gene can be obtained by nest PCR, amplification is more efficient using our self-designed degenerate primers.
